Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions 

  1. The Promoter 
    1. The promoter is Altho Dai Ltd, company number: 14945808, whose registered office is Heddon Business Centre, Towne Gate, Heddon-on-the-Wall, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE15 0EJ.  

  2. Eligibility 
    The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Altho Dai Ltd, their close relatives, or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. 

  3. No purchase necessary 
    There is no entry fee and no purchase is required to enter this competition. 

  4. Acceptance of terms 
    By entering this competition, an entrant confirms their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

  5. How to enter 
    The competition can be entered via Facebook: Altho Dai Ltd, and Instagram: altho_dai. 
    This promotion is run on Instagram and Facebook. 

  6. Entry limits 
    Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 

  7. Opening and closing dates 
    The competition opens on Monday 9th February 2026 and closes at 5pm on Saturday 28th February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 

  8. No responsibility for entries not received 
    The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for any reason. 

  9. Competition rules 
    To enter the competition, entrants must:

    Like and reshare this post.  
    Tag two business owners.  

  10. Right to amend or cancel 
    The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside the promoter’s control or any breach of applicable law or regulation. 

  11. Prize details 
    The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party. 

  12. The prize 
    The prize is a £50 One for All gift voucher. 
    No cash or alternative prizes will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one equal or greater value if necessary. 

  13. Winner selection 
    The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received. 
    The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. 

  14. Winner notification 
    The winner will be notified via direct message within 7 days of the closing date. 
    The promoter will only ever contact the winner via Facebook: Altho Dai Ltd, or Instagram: altho_dai.  
    If the winner does not respond within 2 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

  15. Prize delivery 
    The promoter will contact the winner to arrange delivery or collection of the prize. 

  16. Final decision 
    The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

  17. Governing law 
    The competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

  18. Data protection 
    Any personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR. 

  19. Publicity 
    The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the competition, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

  20. Winner details 
    The winner’s name will be available within 7 days after the closing date by emailing info@althodai.co. 

  21. Platform disclaimer 
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or any other social network. 

  22. Scam awareness 
    The promoter will never ask for payment, bank details or login information in order to claim a prize. Entrants should be aware of fake accounts and report any suspicious activity directly to the relevant social media platform. 

  23. Influencer disclosures (if applicable) 
    Where this competition is promoted by influencers or content creators, all promotional content will be clearly identified as advertising in line with Advertising Standards Authority guidelines. 

     

Optional additional clauses (use only if relevant) 

  • Entrants must be following Altho Dai Ltd and @altho_dai on Facebook and Instagram at the time of entry and winner selection. 

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. 

  • The competition may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice where necessary.
